CONTEMPT CASE No.255 of 2011
ORDER (per BPR,J):
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.11.2010 passed by this Court in W.A.No.717 of 2010 and W.P.No.21144 of 2009.
Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented that the respondent authorities have already considered the representation of the petitioner and passed orders thereon. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is any contempt on the part of the respondents.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the order passed by the respondents, if he is so advised, in appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
