ORDER:
Pursuant to the notice ordered in Form No.I on 22.3.2011, Joint Collector, Khammam, is present in the court today.
It is also brought to my notice by the learned Special Government Pleader Sri N.Sridhar Reddy that the Joint Collector has since issued the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE in terms of the interim order passed earlier in the writ petition on 23.3.2011, a copy of which has been supplied today. The said order is taken on record.
In view of the compliance of the interim orders reported today, I consider it not necessary to proceed further with this contempt case. Hence, the contempt case is dismissed. Notice in form No.I is discharged. No costs.
