CONTEMPT CASE No. 1678 of 2010
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 07.10.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No. 32442 of 2010 in W.P. No. 25397 of 2010.
When the matter is taken up for consideration today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the parties that the aforesaid order, non-compliance of which is complained in the present contempt case, has been vacated.
In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present contempt case and the contempt case is accordingly closed.
