CONTEMPT CASE No.1101 of 2010
ORDER:
1 This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.24169 of 2009 dated 10.11.2009.
2 While issuing notice before admission this Court directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring 800 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.9 part situated at Venkojipalem, Sector – I, M.V.P. Colony, Visakhapatnam.
3 When the matter is taken up, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced a copy of the order dated 19.09.2001 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24169 of 2009 dismissing the Writ Petition filed by the petitioners.
4 In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition itself, I do not find any reason to proceed against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
5 Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No
costs.
