Judgment:
Learned counsel for the appellant-Bank submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, the matter has been settled by way of one time settlement and, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
Permission is accorded, and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. The Registry is directed to send the lower Court records immediately.
