This Court made the following: ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner by permitting him to appear in the ensuing SSC examinations to be held in March/April, 2009 by condoning the shortage of his age.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
As the SCC examinations scheduled for March/April, 2009 have already been held, the relief claimed in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.6624 of 2009 is also disposed of as infructuous.
