Having regard to the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 22.03.2010 in W.P.No.3269 of 2010 and the directions contained in the said order stand incorporated in this order.
As a sequel to disposal of main petition, WPMP No.4316 of 2010 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
