ORDER :
Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri V.Jogayya Sarma and Sri V.Venkata Rao, died, the Registry issued an administrative notice to the petitioner on 08.04.2009 by registered post. However, the petitioner did not choose to make any alternative arrangement and no other counsel has filed vakalat for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
