On 26.11.2010, when the matter was called, none appeared, nor there was any representation on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted ‘for dismissal’. Today, when the matter came up for consideration in the forenoon session, none appeared for petitioner. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, still there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
