HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.RAMULU WRIT PETITION No.21230 of 2008
ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing on either side stated that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has been notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, therefore, the matter must be heard by the Central Administrative Tribunal.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. The Registry is directed to transmit the papers to Central Administrative Tribunal. No order as to costs.
