Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, Advocate for the petitioner reports that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, services of the petitioner were regularised by the Corporation with effect from October, 2007. He submits that in view of the said subsequent event and in view of the interim orders already passed by this Court in this writ petition, no further orders are necessary.

necessary. No costs.
