ORDER
The only grievance of the petitioner is that though he made a complaint before the Station House Officer, Annavaram Police Station, Annavaram on 12.5.2008 and 6.6.2008, the same were neither registered nor investigated into.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner during pendency of the writ petition, the crime was registered and investigation is in progress.
In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication and the same is closed accordingly.
