WRIT PETITION No.20103 of 2010
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the impugned order vide Roc.No.142/2010B1(Pts), dated 07.07.2010 issued by the 1st respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unjust and consequently set aside the same.”
On 07.09.2010, the matter was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. On 06.10.2010, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore, the matter has been adjourned. Even today, when the matter has been called, there is no representation for the petitioners. It is therefore reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition for non-prosecution,
WPMP.Nos.25498 and 35683 of 2010 are also dismissed.
