Taking note of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the writ petition is disposed of setting aside the Award dated 09.03.2005 in I.D.No.226 of 1998 on the file of the Labour Court, Guntur, and directing the dispute to be settled in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Memorandum of Settlement dated 21.12.2009.
