O R D E R:
The petitioner who claims title and possession in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.66 cents covered by Survey No.447/3 of Pamuru Village and Mandal, Prakasam District, made an application dated 06.03.2010, requesting the respondents to fix the boundaries to the land in her possession.
Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering her request, the present writ petition is filed.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submitted that the petitioner’s application, dated 06.03.2010, was received by the respondents and appropriate steps would be taken in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 06.03.2010 of the petitioner’s and take necessary action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
