ORDER:
This writ petition seeks to challenge the action of the respondent – University in not permitting the petitioners to attend the interview for selections to various posts on the ground that they were not sponsored by the Employment Exchange.
By interim order dated 24-01-2002, this Court directed the respondent – University to issue interview call letters to all the petitioners and to allow them to appear for the interview without insisting upon sponsorship by the Employment Exchange. It is stated that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioners were permitted to appear for the interview.
In that view of the matter, the prayer in the writ petition has worked itself out and no further orders are required. The writ petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
