ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the inaction on the part of the respondents in not completing the survey work in survey Nos.45/11P, 51/4, 52/8, 57/2P, 60/12P, 80/1 & 80/2, 54/9, 68/3P, 64/1, 32/3 of Regumanupalli Village, K K Mitla Mandal, Prakasam District, is arbitrary and illegal.
In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3, it is contended that item Nos.1, 4, 8,9 and 10 of the lands in question were not subdivided and moreover one G.Venkata Reddy raised objection with regard to the survey of the above said items.
Heard both parties. As could be seen from the counter affidavit, the objection is only with regard to item Nos.1, 4, 8, 9 and 10. Hence, the respondents are bound to complete the survey in respect of the land in other survey numbers following due process of law.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the
respondents to take up the survey in respect of the land in respect of which no objection has been raised in the counter affidavit and complete the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
