ORDER:
The learned Counsel appearing on either side are at ad idem that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in 8536 of 2009, dated 24.4.2009.
On a perusal of the case shows that the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered in the aforementioned Writ Petition.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as in the Writ Petition No. 8536 of 2009. Consequently, the directions are issued to the fourth respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioners and process the same without insisting on production of No Objection
Certificate. There shall be no order as to costs.
