O R D E R
It is fairly conceded by the learned Standing Counsel for the APSRTC, the petitioner in this writ petition, that the matter is squarely covered against him by my decision dated 22.12.2009 in W.P.No.1888 of 2005, wherein having referred to earlier Judgments on the point, I had held that the action of the APSRTC in resorting to placing an employee on ‘put off duty’ and denying him wages for the said period without sanction of the relevant Regulations was illegal.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed, but in the circumstances without any order as to costs.
