ORDER:
When the WPMP came up for hearing on 12.04.2010, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed on 13.04.2010 under the caption “for dismissal”. Despite the matter being listed on this day under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
