The petitioner, who was appointed on compassionate grounds as process server in Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Nandalur, Kadapa District, on the demise of his father while working as examiner in Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Sidhout, made a representation to the respondent on 3.11.2008 stating that as per the educational qualifications possessed by him, he may be posted in any higher cadre than the process server. Now, complaining that his representation has not been considered till today, the present writ petition has been filed.
The learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner has not been disposed of.
In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the various decisions of this Court and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
