It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place in the matter, the petitioner has filed another writ petition and the same is stated to be pending. In view of the same, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions urged in this writ petition in the aforesaid writ petition. No costs.
