ORDER:
By this writ petition, the petitioner, who was allotted with Hall Ticket No.0873217 for appearing S.S.C. Examination conducted in March 2008, seeks a direction to the respondent to revaluate his answer paper of the Second Language Hindi of the said Examination. There is no necessity of going into all the details.
On 19.06.2008, this court passed interim orders in W.P.M.P.No.14312 of 2008 directing the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent with a prayer for recounting of the marks secured by him in the second language answer papers with Hall Ticket No.0873217, and on making such application, the respondent was directed to dispose of the same within a week.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in view of the aforesaid interim orders dated 19.06.2008 passed in WPMP.No.14312 of 2008, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
