ORDER :
Sri Ch.N.Meher Baba, representing Sri V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that letter dated 17-11-2010 has been filed in the Registry stating that the counsel was instructed by the Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition.
In view of the letter, dated 17-11-2010, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Interim Order granted in W.P.M.P.No.13234 of 2007 dated 16-05-2007 stands annulled. There shall be no order as to costs.
