COMMON ORDER:
Since similar question is involved in all these Civil Revision Petitions, they are taken up together for disposal.
The petitioners herein are the tenants who filed these Civil Revision Petitions seeking to assail the impugned orders whereby the applications filed by the respondent herein, to set aside the order 0807-2010 and to restore the respective R.Cs, were allowed and those R.Cs were restored on payment of costs.
Having heard the learned counsel on either side and also on perusal of the material on record, even though several contentions are sought to be urged, the fact remains that ultimately the impugned orders amount to only restoration of the R.Cs and giving opportunity to the petitioners. The petitioners can as well raise all the objections on merits and contest the main case. In view of the same, I do not find any merits in these Civil Revision Petitions.
All the Civil Revision Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
