O R D E R:
This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order, dated 02.11.2009 in I.A. No. 683 of 2009 in E.O.P. No.1 of 2006, on the file of the Junior Civil Judge –cum-Election Tribunal, Macherla, Guntur District, whereunder and whereby, the application filed to issue summons to respondent No.5, was allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that respondent No.5 in the Election O.P. was summoned and examined and therefore nothing survives in this petition.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
infructuous. No costs.
