ORDER:
Heard Sri Ponnam Ashok Goud, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India.
I.A.No.859 of 2000 in O.P.No.537 of 2000 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed by the order, dated 27.04.2000, refusing to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondents 9 to 13 from participating in the elections to Hyderabad Cricket Association to be held in May 2000. The respondent No.8 in the petition filed the present Civil Revision Petition challenging the said order, but the record does not disclose any interim order or direction given during the pendency of the Revision Petition. Obviously, the Revision Petition appears to have become infructuous by efflux of time and hence it is dismissed as unnecessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
