CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.841 OF 2010
JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused, Srikanth @ Viswakanth, seeking to set aside the order dated 20-02-2010 in Criminal M.P. No.269 of 2010 in C.C. No.407 of 2009 passed by the learned
XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally.
2. Heard.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
it is directed that if the petitioner appears before the trial Court and files a petition for recalling the non-bailable warrant pending against him, the same shall be recalled by the trial Court. It is further directed that henceforth the petitioner shall appear on each date of adjournment and in case he fails to appear even on a single day, non-bailable warrant shall be issued and executed against him and he shall be remanded to judicial custody.
4. With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
