CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.766 OF 2010
JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner Md. Abdul Jaleel against the docket order dated 12-04-2010 in Criminal M.P.(SR) No.1382 of 2010 in P.R. No.806 of 2009-2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam.
2. Heard.
3. Considering the circumstances of the case, it is directed that the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No.AP20M 3036 shall be released in his favour on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) and on furnishing one surety for the similar amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachalam.
4. It is further directed that the petitioner shall produce the vehicle as and when required by the authorities concerned and he shall not change the nature of the vehicle. Accordingly, the revision is allowed.
