ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kadapa.
This court on 30.06.2008, while ordering notice to the second Respondent granted interim stay for a period of two weeks. Thereafter though this matter was listed before this court for four times, the said interim order was not extended. So as on today there is no order of interim stay.
In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that as there is no interim stay, the court below must have heard and decided the matter. Hence I do not wish to entertain the present petition and accordingly the same is dismissed.
