CRIMINAL PETITION No.1553 of 2008
ORDER:
The petitioner, who has been arrayed as sole accused in C.C.No.804 of 2007 on the file of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi, for the offences under Sections 323 and 506 (ii) I.P.C., filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash all the proceedings in the said C.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died, and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication
Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
