JUDGMENT:
The parties have settled the matter in terms of the memorandum of compromise. Memorandum of compromise is filed. According to the memorandum of compromise entire amount has been paid to the full satisfaction of the decree. The same is recorded in the Execution Proceedings.
Accordingly, the C.C.C.A. is dismissed in terms of the compromise. There shall be no order as to costs.
