ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders made in WPMP No. 31053 of 2008 in Writ Petition No. 23815 of 2008, dated 13-032009 whereunder respondent No.5 therein was directed to verify and consider payment of compensation with respect to the remaining trees i.e., 2898 trees in Survey No.123 of Nandimalla Village, Narva Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District.
There is no necessity of going into all the details. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court the endorsement of the Special Deputy Collector, LA Unit, PJP Gadwal, dated 16-11-2009 wherein it was stated that on the joint inspection conducted, only 2385 trees were found in the field and not 5283 trees as stated by the petitioners. The compensation was already paid against 2385 trees existing in the field and the petitioners are not entitled for any further compensation.
