ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging that the Gram Panchayat, Mahendrawada Village, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District, represented by its Secretary and other respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.31235 of 2005 in W.P.No.24309 of 2005, dated 14.11.2005.
This Court by the aforesaid order directed the 1st respondent not to take any coercive steps for removal of the shop of the petitioner situated within the premises of the petitioner, without taking any legal recourse, in accordance with law.
Admittedly, the petitioner died and therefore the contempt case abates. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as abated.
