COMMON ORDER:
Heard both sides and at their request all the three contempt cases
have been taken up together for disposal.
The only grievance of the petitioners is that the interim orders passed
by this Court have not been complied with by the respondents.
However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit
that the interim orders passed by this Court were complied with and the representations filed by the petitioners have already been considered and disposed of and separate orders dated 17-7-2009 and 5-10-2009 have been passed relieving the petitioner in CC.No.1013 pf 2009 and deferring the transfer of the petitioners in CC.1014 of 2009 and CC.No.1015 of 2009.
Though, on behalf of the petitioners an objection has been taken in regard to the said orders and also certain other things, which cannot form part of
the subject matter in these contempt cases, it is always open for the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings to assail the same. In view of
the same, I do not find any contempt arising in these contempt cases.
The contempt cases are accordingly closed. No costs.
