Smt.A.Anasuya, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that having regard to the fact the amounts have already been received and a memo to the effect of withdrawal has also been filed by the appellant, nothing survives in the appeal for further adjudication.
Recording the said submission, without going into the merits of the case, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
