The respondent present in person. Heard the learned counsel for appellant and learned counsel for respondent. A compromise memo duly signed by both the parties and also their respective counsel was filed
in A S M P No. 2394 of 2010 and on verification it is admitted by both sides that they are agreeable to the terms of the compromise. As agreed to in clause no. 2, learned counsel for appellant has handed over a cheque drawn on HDFC Bank bearing No. 158738 dated 2.11.2010 for Rs.4.90,000/- (Rupees four lakhs ninty thousand only) to the respondent and the same was accepted by the respondent.
Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise memo filed along with A.S.M.P. No. 2394 of 2010. No Costs.
