Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to declare the action of the respondent herein in terminating the Contract No. DDG&CE(V) 06 of 2001-2002 vide the impugned proceeding No. DG/2222/GE(S)2/250/E8 dt. 30.5.2003 as arbitrary, illegal offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India by way of issue of a writ order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete the execution of the Contract.
