Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an order or direction, more particularly in the nature of declaring the action of the 1st respondent vide cancellation proceeding No. CCI/GNT/Mktg(S)/08-09/5224, dt. 6-3-2009 and 2nd respondent cancellation proceeding No.CCI/HO/Sales/2009, dt. 9-42009 as arbitrary, illegal and unfair and set-aside the same and consequently direct the respondents authorities implement the earlier confirmation letter No.CCI/GNT/MKTG(S)/08-09/4886, dt. 19-02-2009 issued by the 1st respondent as per existing new changed policy to the petitioner company and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
