THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GOPALA KRISHNA TAMADA WRIT PETITION No.27434 of 2008
ORDER:
1 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she addressed a letter to the Registry stating that in view of the considerable increase in the number of ration cards an assurance was given by the Gram Panchayat as well as the department that the petitioner will not be disturbed even if there is any bifurcation. Hence she requested the registry to list the matter before the court under the caption ‘for withdrawal’ and eventually she sought permission of the court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
2 In the light of the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
