2. When the matter came up for consideration, it is represented that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the alleged detenu has
been released on bail and, therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.
