ORDER:
This Court ordered notice before admission on 11-92009.
Counter affidavits are filed.
The Writ Petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15-7-2009 by holding appropriate enquiry in the mismanagement and affairs of the 2nd respondent Society and to pass such other suitable orders.
In the counter affidavits specific stand had been taken that no such representation had been made by the petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate representation in this regard within a period of four weeks to the 1st respondent and let the 1st respondent dispose of such representation if any to be made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
