Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ or direction or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents in not paying the compensation amount to the Petitioners by implementing G.O.Ms.NO.234, dated:15.10.1993 issued by 1st Respondent in respect of acquisition of lands and houses in Moorvakonda, Veerapuram, Beeravolu, Kokkerancha, Siddeswaram, Tatipadu, Muchumarri, Palamarri and Jutur Village of Kurnool District in their respective awards as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the entire compensation to the petitioners as settled and cleared in phase-III of lok Adalat by issuing cheques and bonds in the matters relating to the acquisition of petitioners lands and houses in thier respective awards of Moorvakonda, Veerapuram, Beeravolu, Kokkerancha, Siddeswaram, Tatipadu, Muchumarri, Palamarri & Jutur Village of Kurnool District, whose names are mentioned in the Lok Adalat Phase-III cleared list as per the G.O.Ms.No.234 dated:15.10.1993 forthwith and further direct the Respondents to pay interest on the compensation for the delay caused by them in payment of amounts and pass.
