Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to To issue an appropriate writ,order or direction declaring the following amendments brought to the A.P.Cooperative Societies Act (through Act No.22 of 2001) (a) Section 45(2) A society shall credit on amount not being more than 30 percent of gross profit or 2 percent of working capital,whichever is less,in a year to the administrative and contingent fund towards pay and other allowances of its employees and contingencies in the manner prescribed: (b) Section 116(c) (1) A Society shall have power to fix the staffing pattern,qualifications,pay scales and other allowances for its emloyees with the prior approval of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies subject to the condition that expenditure towards pay and allowances of the employees shall not exceed two percent of the working capital or thirty percent of the Gross Profit,in terms of actuals in a year whichever is less; as illegal,arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and pass
