Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of the writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in refusing to admitting the petitioner institution into grant-in-aid on the ground that the appointment of the staff made earlier was not approved more so when such condition was not insisted upon for the institutions that were admitted into grant-in-aid under the G.O.Ms.No.13, dated 24-2-2003 and G.O.Ms.No.365, dated 10-10-1994 as being arbitrary and illegal, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to forthwith admit the petitioner institution into grantin-aid and issue such other writ or order or orders

When this writ petition came up for hearing on 23.6.2009 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence it was directed to be listed on this day.
