Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order declaring the proceedings no G/362/2009 dt 25-5-2009 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of the Sy and Boundaries Act 1923 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the land bearing Sy No.213 admeasuring Ac.2.30 guntas situated in Tondupalli (V) Ranga Reddy District by fixing boundaries in the interest of justice .

The Court made the following :
ORDER :
The substantive grievance of the petitioner, namely, that the respondents have not surveyed the land in Sy.No.213 of Tondupalli Village, Ranga Reddy District and instead the second respondent has issued the impugned memo, dated 25-05-2009, that as the petitioner was not in physical position of the lands applied for demarcation and hence the demarcation could not be conducted, no longer subsists, as the survey and demarcation of the land in Sy.No.213 of Tondupally Village is now completed and a report has also been furnished to the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
