Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to Issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent excluding the petitioners brother name who died in the accident and the improper investigation of the respondents as illegal arbitrary and violation of Article 14, & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to re-investigate the case in Crime No.92 0f 2004 on file of the S.H.O. Chintapalli, Nalgonda District expeditiously on the lines of the documents herewith filed and include the name of the petitioner brother N.V. Pavan Kumar who died in the bus accident in the charge sheet to enabling the petitioner family members to claim compensation for the death by filing OP in MVACT.
