The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and memo of grounds filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated 03-02-2004, made in Crl. MP. No. 567 of 2004 and order dated 25-11-2005 and 06-01-2006 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.P. Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner being not present, and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER:

“There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This revision has been coming up for final hearing since 20/2/2006. The petitioner has been on bail pending disposal of the revision as per orders dated 3.2.2004 in Crl. M.P. 567/2004. The conduct of the petitioner in not proceeding with the hearing of the revision does not deserve him to continued on bail pending disposal of the revision.

Hence, bail granted on 3.2.2004 as per orders in Crl. M.P. No. 567/2004 is cancelled and Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon is directed to issue NBW against the petitioner – Nalla Komuraiah and on execution of NBW he shall be committed to prison to serve sentence of imprisonment pending disposal of this revision.
