Sec. 482 o f Crl.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated therewith, the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 2860 of 2009 in SC.No. 175 of 2008 on the file of the Special Court under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Hyderabad, dt.13.10.2009 so far as it relating to surety bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and to deposit of Rs.10,000/- each by the petitioners which relates to forfeiture of bond amount.
