Petition under Section 438 of Cr. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated therewith, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners/accused on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 177 of 2009 on the file of P.S. Kothur, Mahaboobnagar District

extreme step is not stated in the suicide note in that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to surrender themselves before the Station House Officer, Police Station Kothur, within weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on each of their executing personal bonds for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the same station House officer and on further condition that they shall appear before the Station House officer, Kothur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, once in a week on every Saturday between 10-00 a.m. and 5-00 p.m. for a period of eight weeks or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier.
